To make this paint glow its best glow, put your hands close under the light for a few minutes so it can absorb the light, then put your hands in dark…they will shine amazingly! Apply the nail enamel 3-4 times, then apply some colorless nail polish on top. It works BEST if you paint, during the day, so your nails can absorb enough sunlight. If you apply at night, leave your nails under the light for at least 2 hours.
