Head over HERE to their Contact Us page. You must be logged in, and it will pull up your orders. Find this toy, then click on the little box. Fill out the 2nd section (I just put “More Order Issues.” And then for the 3rd section I used Chat. It’s super quick and easy. Tell them the toy is now $5.86 and you purchased it for $9.50 the other day. They’ll issue you a refund for a difference! It’s so easy! The entire process takes about 5 minutes or less.
