If you follow me on Instagram you might have noticed that I have a new favorite place to visit when I am up in Heber! I spent a Saturday with my hubby up at Heber Valley Artisan Cheese and I liked it so much I’ve already been back!
Seriously! Not only do they have Amazing Cheese! But you can get Raw Milk (yep, we have tried it and loved it) and even Aggie ice cream (my kiddos favorite).
So, you can guess where we will be on Saturday! The Dairy Farmers of Utah and Domino’s Pizza are throwing a party and you all are invited. Click the picture below to get all the details. (It will get bigger so it will be easier to read).
I will be there! My kiddos have swim lessons in the morning though so we will be a little late. Make sure to save some pizza and ice cream for us!
Gosh, Becky! I grew up on raw milk, fresh eggs. & (gulp) freshly killed chickens,sheep & beef & an occasional pig. Can u say farm girl?!? I remember grabbing a bottle of milk out of the fridge & shaking it up so that the cream that had settled on the top would get mixed in before I poured it into my glass!! Be sure to check to make sure that they are not skimming the cream off of the milk for cheese, butter, & buttermilk. Skim milk is okay, but water is a good substitute for it. Water just doesn’t have any color to it. 😉
