I don’t know if I just got a faulty product, but I bought this and it broke pretty quickly–the rope that is attached to the crank to open the umbrella broke after we’ve used it only a couple of times. My husband keeps trying to fix it and it keeps breaking. Maybe others have had success with this product, but for me, it was a waste of money.
