Disney on ice frozen anna and elsa

Last night we shared a magical night with other Utah families.  Disney on Ice Frozen is in town and we have been waiting and anticipating this show for a long time.  Usually with so much anticipation, it seems there is some sort of let down when you finally see the show.  Not with this one!  Not at all.Girls with FrozenGetting to meet Anna and Elsa was a such a treat.

SistersWe have been to a lot of Disney on Ice shows.  They are our favorite!  But I think my girls were most excited about this one!family at Disney on iceAt the start of the show, they encouraged everyone to laugh, boo (for Hans), cheer, and SING!!  And boy did everyone sing.  I loved seeing and hearing everyone get so involved in this show.  The joy on all the faces around us (including my own kids) was so much fun!introOf course, we got to see Mickey and Minnie and all the Disney pals at the beginning of the show.  We even got to see many of our favorite princesses and other great characters from our favorite Disney Movies as they sang about true love and how it comes in all forms.

olaf and summerIt was so fun to see all of our favorite characters from Frozen in real life.  Perhaps some of the most exciting was Olaf and Marshmallow.

marshmallowMarshmallow was quite fun and my girls loved him. Almost as much as Olaf.

snowIt’s Frozen, so you would expect snow.  And there was TONS of snow!  It was truly magical.

let it go

Of course Elsa sang Let it Go and the place went wild! Here’s just a small little taste that I shared on instagram.

kristoff

My personal surprise favorite was Kristoff.  He is so talented and put on an amazing show.

There was a lot of interaction with the children watching the show as well.  Which just gave the show even more character.

Watch the video snipit to see one of the sweet tricks from Kristoff I was talking about.

There are still shows left if you want to take your kids to this musical spectacular.
