I am a huge fan of freezer meals. I get so busy some days and others I have plenty of time to cook. Plus I dislike going to the store every day for the fresh ingredients, so big batches and freezing the extras works great for me. This is also a great way to cook for less since I can buy a lot of one produce item on sale and then cook it up with my other “longer term” items that I of course bought on sale.
