The United Way does, and they have passed their HB 96 Utah School Readiness Initiative through the House Education Committee and the House floor with a vote of 49-24. The initiative is now headed to the Senate, and the United Way is asking for a public call to action.

The United Way asks you to include why preschool is important and how it’s affected you and your own children (or grandchildren).
