I’m heartbroken and frustrated and disappointed all at the same time. Yesterday I went onto Zaycon’s website and this is what I found:

It is with deep regret that we inform you that as of June 25th, we are suspending business operations.

Zaycon Fresh has put forth monumental efforts to endure recent challenges but conditions are such that this suspension is necessary.

Updates will be forthcoming as we are able to provide them.

As you know, I have been a HUGE fan and big supporter of Zaycon Fresh for years! They have been around for about 10 years or so and they have been an amazing company. I’ve enjoyed all of their product and the prices have been wonderful. This is truly such a disappointment.

What does this all mean?

The reason that I didn’t post this information yesterday is that I wanted to give you the FACTS! I’ve been researching and reaching out to anyone that I can for the last 24 hours, trying to get the answer as to what is going on. Unfortunately, there isn’t much out there. There is a LOT of speculation. But VERY LITTLE solid information.

The only official notice that we have been given is the note on their website. Note, it does say that operations have been suspended, so there is a chance that they might start back up again.

What should you do?

We are still waiting to see what they are planning on doing for customers that have current orders. I have an order for bacon that I’m supposed to be picking up in a few weeks, so I’m right there with you!

Here’s what I recommend:

  1. Email them at [email protected] to ask about your order.
  2. Go through your emails and make sure you have all the information about the order(s) you have placed that you haven’t already received the product.
  3. Contact your credit card, bank, or PayPal (however you paid for your order) and submit a claim for the amount(s) that were charged for your order(s).

As of today, some people are still getting product. But I believe this is the best course of action so that you don’t pay for product that you won’t receive.

I will continue to update this post as I find out more information. Also, please feel free to comment below or in our Facebook Group with any questions and I’ll do my best to respond.
