My friend Rachele shared with me a great way to get a free gym membership! This is what she shared with me:
This is what I do to get a free membership at our city rec center. I do what is called a trade at our rec center (Lehi Legacy Center) daycare for a membership. I work every Wednesday mornings for 2 hours in the daycare and in return the rec center gives me a free membership. I can use my membership to go swimming, go to any of the classes they have, use their cardio room or their weight room. It is great, I can bring my boys with me when I do my trade and it gives them a chance to play with other kids and for me to meet other women and learn from them.
